The red light is excellent for nighttime use, as it requires minimal strain on the eyes and does not disrupt vision in the dark. Red light is well-known in the military, particularly for reading maps during night maneuvers, but it is also used for civilian purposes at night, such as in construction, forestry, shipping, and offshore facilities. On ships, red light is especially valuable on the command bridge at night, as it allows for work at the control panel while preserving night vision. Thanks to state-of-the-art COB LED technology and optimized light diffusion, an extremely bright and even illumination of the entire field of view is achieved. In sensor mode, the lamp can be turned on and off with a simple hand gesture in front of it.
