Shimano's Rapidfire Plus Deore XT shifter provides smooth and responsive shifting for better control on the trail. The new I-SPEC EV lever is highly adjustable, including an extended adjustment range in the longitudinal direction.

The Instant Release shifting mechanism replaces the two-step click and release process. With Instant Release, the cable is released immediately upon lever activation, allowing for the fastest possible gear change. Whether shifting up with a top-normal derailleur or down with a low-normal derailleur, a quicker shift is always a better shift.

The Rapidfire Plus Mono shifter is a user-friendly and straightforward front shifting element, designed to be lightweight and compact. It allows for comfortable shifting up and down.
