Insert Shimano SG-8R30/31 for Nexus 8-speed hub with freewheel/coaster brake type.

If you are experiencing issues with your hub due to broken gears, rusted bearings, etc., you should replace the entire hub insert. The new hub insert is significantly better protected and sealed than the previous versions.
Please note that for the earlier hubs of the Shimano Nexus 8-speed SG-8R20 model, you cannot replace the insert; you will need to replace the entire hub.
