The SLX derailleurs of the M7100 series offer excellent shifting performance with less tension in the lower gears and a damper on the cage. The larger 13Z guide rollers provide greater efficiency and better chain management, while compatibility with Shimano's new 12-speed cassette range significantly increases the gear range. The largest sprocket has 51 teeth, and the smallest sprocket has 10 teeth, with a total capacity of 41 teeth.
