The E-Block shifting technology is a fundamental innovation for derailleur systems. On the E-Block cassette, the chain has a fixed link position on each sprocket. The sprockets are designed to work with both inner and outer chain links. This allows for optimal shifting performance both inward and outward. The result is precise and robust shifting in any situation, even with full motor support.
