1. Celestron Red. lens 0.7x f. 800 Edge

Reducer for 800 Edge-HD

The EdgeHD Reducer features optics specifically calculated for EdgeHD telescopes, consisting of five optical elements, including lanthanum
glass, while maintaining the flat image field of EdgeHD optics. Unlike simpler reducers designed for APS format, the Edge-HD Reducer does not shorten the original backfocus of 146 mm. This allows for the connection of any DSLR camera, as well as all known CCD cameras with filter wheels and active optical systems, as well as off-axis guiding adapters.

The 0.7x EdgeHD Reducers include lenses with an extremely high refractive index, including lanthanum lenses with very low dispersion. This ensures that the particularly high contrast of the Edge-HD optics remains uncompromised despite the many additional lenses, and no chromatic aberrations occur over a very wide spectral range. Each glass-air surface in this lens system is multi-coated to maintain maximum transmission and color fidelity. All lens edges are carefully blackened to completely suppress internal reflections.

The large lenses, with diameters of up to 60 mm, allow for a fully illuminated image circle with a diameter of 42 mm, suitable for large CCD sensors. The intricately CNC-machined aluminum housing ensures precise spacing and accurate alignment of the lenses. Metal screw caps protect the lenses from dust and damage when the Edge-HD Reducer is not in use. Together with the f/2 HyperStar option and the f/7 Edge-HD Reducer, the f/10 Celestron EdgeHD Schmidt-Cassegrain optics become the most versatile telescope optics in their price range. It allows the use of existing EdgeHD T-adapters with or without the Edge-HD Reducer.

2. Celestron Diagonal mirror/XLT coating 2

There are few telescope accessories that work as hard or are as important as a diagonal. As an integral part of the optical chain, a good diagonal can make a significant difference in the quality of the displayed image. If you want to use 2-inch eyepieces while observing with your telescope, a 2-inch diagonal is required. The larger 2-inch tube allows you to see a greater percentage of the telescope's light cone, which works wonders when capturing faint deep-sky objects with low surface brightness. The Celestron 2-inch mirror diagonal is designed for outstanding performance. The housing is machined with precision instruments to ensure that the optics remain perfectly aligned. The mirror of the diagonal is tested with an interferometer and is guaranteed to have a 1/10 wave or better. The surface of the mirror is coated with the same powerful XLT coatings used on Celestron's best telescopes. The result is a sharp, bright image that satisfies even the most demanding amateur astronomers. This 2-inch diagonal can be securely attached to the rear cell of standard Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. To take advantage of the additional light transmission of the XLT diagonal, insert a 2-inch eyepiece into the tube. If you want to use 1.25-inch eyepieces, slide the included 2-inch to 1.25-inch adapter into the eyepiece tube and secure it with the thumbscrew. When not in use, store your diagonal for protection in the included aluminum case.

3. Celestron LensPen Pure Brush

How often has dust or lint ruined an observation session on your eyepiece or telescope? A seemingly harmless strand of hair scattered across your photos or astrophotography can require hours of cleaning in an image editing program, and a greasy fingerprint or smudge on the optics can cause an otherwise perfect image to end up in the trash. This is where the Celestron LensPen comes in, an optical cleaning device with dual functionality that is small and lightweight enough to fit in your telescope accessory bag or camera bag, ensuring it’s always on hand when you need it. The LensPen is two cleaning tools in one. One end features a soft brush for removing dust and other particles from any optical surface. The other end of the LensPen addresses smudges that cannot be wiped away. This device has a special cleaning tip that works without liquids, so it never dries out. A cap protects the smudge-removing tool when not in use, while the brush is safely stored inside the LensPen. When cleaning optics, it’s always best to start with the brush, even if you think it’s unnecessary. Carefully brush the entire surface and then check your work. If you spot streaks or smudges, remove them with the cleaning element by gently touching the surface. The Celestron LensPen is a fantastic tool for all your optical equipment, including eyepieces, telescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, microscopes, cameras, lenses, and more.

4. Celestron 1.25" Mirror Diagonal Twist-L

The Celestron 1.25" Mirror Diagonal Twist-L is a high-quality telescope accessory designed specifically for astrophotography and astronomical observations. This dielectric star diagonal allows for precise light path deflection at a 90-degree angle, ensuring comfortable and ergonomic viewing. The dielectric mirror is coated with 58 special layers, providing an impressive reflectivity of over 99 percent. This ensures maximum light transmission to the eyepiece, resulting in brighter and sharper images. The innovative Twist-Lock mechanism securely holds eyepieces in place and prevents damage to the eyepiece housings, while an integrated housing stop offers additional protection. The design features machined, black anodized aluminum with orange anodized rings, which not only provides an appealing look but also minimizes stray light and glare. This diagonal is therefore an ideal choice for astronomy enthusiasts who value optical quality and user-friendliness.

- Dielectric mirror with over 99% reflectivity for optimal light transmission
- Innovative Twist-Lock mechanism for secure eyepiece attachment
- Integrated housing stop to protect the mirror
- High-quality anodized aluminum design to minimize stray light.

5. Celestron Reduction lens f/6.3

Reducer / Corrector f/6.3 - with 2-inch internal thread (not for Edge-HD) This practical lens correction system hits multiple targets at once: The 4-element focal reducer shortens the focal length of all Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes by a factor of 0.63. The aperture ratio changes accordingly from 1:10 to 1:6.3. This results in a significantly larger field of view and exposure times that are three times shorter. The optical correction system flattens the slightly curved image field of all Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, providing a fully corrected, vignette-free "richfield" view with a diameter of 24 mm. The focal lengths of the Celestron SC telescopes change as follows: C-5: from 1250 to 788 mm / f 6.3, C-8: from 2000 to 1260 mm / f 6.3, C-9: from 2350 to 1480 mm / f 6.3, C-11: from 2800 to 1764 mm / f 6.3, C-14: from 3910 to 2457 mm / f 7.3. The Celestron focal reducer can also be used effectively for visual observation. It features Celestron SC threads on both sides and is directly screwed onto the telescope tube. It can also be used in combination with the Radial Guider for photography and CCD cameras.
