Does anyone know exactly how the app lock works? When I lock the scooter via the app, it works. A lock appears on the display and the scooter beeps as soon as it is moved. So far, so good. However, when I checked the scooter after a while to see if the lock was still active, it was no longer the case! In the meantime, however, the mobile phone was no longer connected to the scooter because it was too far away. So now I'm asking myself whether the lock only works as long as the mobile phone is connected... Or is there a trick / setting that I have overlooked? Thank you very much for your help!
