Does the Thule Pack n'Pedal basket fit on the rack? And can it be mounted together with the Thule panniers? So basket and side bags at the same time?

The basket fits, but I don't think there's enough space for the side pocket...I think "either or" 🤷♂️ but I only use the basket on the rack 🤗
