Question about Urevo SpaceWalk E4

Has anyone managed to connect the Urevo app yet? I haven't managed it yet - the app doesn't recognise the device. The Urevo bot is no help either - asks for a video and crashes when you try to upload it.

I don't think this model has Bluetooth. It never worked for me either
