Hello , can I register the scooter with a German email address and German SIM card so that it at least runs 25 Km/h on holiday? (My car also runs 200 Km/h and yet I only drive 120 Km/h on the motorway). Or is that linked to the QR code on the scooter? Because there is no country selection in the app (in CH).

This is not possible. The e-scooter travels at a maximum of 20 km/h. Regardless of the country of registration.
