I bought the Pixel 2 Watch secondhand. The previous owner did a factory reset, but I still can't set it up: via Google account : does not match the previous owner via pattern : I don't know Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you very much

The previous owner must remove the watch from their account. Otherwise it is secured so that only he can use it.
