I received the Indiana SUP today. Unfortunately, the pressure indicator on the pump is defective. Have any of you experienced the same fault? Supposedly it takes 3-5 days just to get it sorted out. In the Nofmalfall this takes but 2 minutes?

That's what I thought at first. The pressure of the pump is only displayed when I am pumping and only when the board is already hard as a rock.

Had a similar problem. On one of our two pumps, the pressure didn't stop and always broke down, no way to read the pressure. Found a solution with the customer service. Note: the pressure display only starts at 7psi.
