Officially not. But there are tools you can use online should you wish to do it. Just a reminder though that by doing so, you are breaking your warranty and also removing the road worthiness of your scooter. The legal max speed limit in swiss roads is 25km per hour for scooters or you are increasing that you can get fined by the police if caught.
