I have no such problems with the XEO 19R. I have these problems with the F1R from Led Lenser. When I asked digitec's customer service, they said I had to send everything in or bring it by. That was the only way they could look at it and assess it. I thought it was a bit awkward, as I need the torch at work. I have now bought a new charger for 18650 batteries and my problems are solved. Will in future buy my goods from a supplier who also offers a decent service.
