I went into the display menu on my scooter and found that all the settings were as described in the email. I could not make any other settings.
So, unfortunately, the scooter still doesn't go above 14 km/h.

Yes, I had to have it reset once. With the display, you have to hold both buttons down at the same time and then you can set it.
I was given these settings at the time.
