Since I changed my iPhone and reset this scooter to reconnect to my Xiaomi app, it says that this is not possible because the device is only approved for Germany (?!). Initially I had no problems, because I bought the scooter here... Does anyone know how to fix this? I would not like to apply (again) for a Digitec warranty for this scooter.

It is important that you have disconnected it from the old iPhone, which many people forget to do.
Then connect it to the new iPhone with the new app 😊👍.

Hi, I had the same problem... you need to find the qr code that you received when your e-scooter was delivered (box and manual). If you've lost it, there's still a way to get it back for a fee... just drop me a line if you need it...
