Hello, your question was brought to my attention by Galaxus. I recently bought the 129M and am totally satisfied with it. It does what it promises (even replaces an expensive massage). Not least because it has a "fluffy" cover. I think the difference with the 129A is that the A model has a battery and the M model does not. I didn't choose it at the time because its "plastic cover" didn't suit me. Greetings, Peter
