OBO Bettermann

OBO Bettermann's V-TEC TB cable gland, like all V-TEC glands, ensures a secure sealing of the cables. The split design of the cable gland allows for easy and quick installation of pre-assembled cables, for example. Another advantage is the ability to retrofit cables in existing installations. It is also unbeatable as a repair gland, as it can be installed without disassembling pre-installed cables and without interrupting ongoing production.

Installation note according to § 13 NAV

Please note that devices with a connection value of 230V are delivered with either a protective contact plug or a fixed connection (without a plug), depending on the power rating. If the device has a fixed connection, a qualified service provider must be commissioned for installation. All devices with a connection value of 400V and above must be operated via a suitable high-voltage connection and can only be connected by a qualified electrician. For devices with a rated power exceeding 12KW, approval from your network operator is required. Please contact the network operator or an installation company registered in the network operator's installer directory before installation. Such an installation company will assist you in obtaining the necessary approval from the respective network operator.
