It can also be used to safely open all Pattex cartridges, such as a silicone cartridge, making it an optimal tool for grouting. It enables a burr-free cut of the cartridge tip. Versatile in use, the joint smoother smooths silicone and many other sealants while being comfortable to hold. Instructions for use
Application: The adhesive surfaces must be firm, dry and clean for application. A stable substrate is required and at least one adhesive surface must be absorbent. Very absorbent substrates must be briefly pre-wetted or primed. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one side and press the parts together firmly. Remove adhesive residue immediately with a damp cloth. Final strength is achieved in at least 24 hours. The parts to be bonded can still be moved within 15 minutes. During the curing time, do not move the bonded parts and support or fix objects that are under tension or heavy (note the leverage effect).
