The Metabo adhesive sanding sheets are a high-quality abrasive material specifically designed for use with orbital sanders. With a diameter of 150 mm and a semi-open coating, these sheets offer high material removal performance and ensure a uniform sanding pattern. The assortment includes 25 pieces, divided into 10 sheets with grit P 60, 10 sheets with P 80, and 5 sheets with P 120. This variety allows for flexible application on different materials, including veneers, solid wood, polyester, steel and stainless steel sheets, as well as non-ferrous metals and lightweight metals. The sheets are perforated, which ensures effective dust extraction during sanding, thus improving the working environment. The resin-bonded Clean and Finish (CF) nonwoven material produces the most uniform and reproducible finishing results. Its versatility makes it a universal hand pad for most standard applications. The universally applicable Scotch-Brite Hand Pad 7447 is suitable for a variety of materials and tasks. Our hand pads combine flexibility with effective material removal and precise handling for a consistent, fine surface finish. They are particularly suitable for demanding cleaning tasks. Scotch-Brite hand pads are comparable to steel wool grade 1. However, unlike steel wool, they do not tear during use, do not rust after use, and do not produce fine metal splinters. The open nonwoven structure does not clog and can be used both dry and with water or solvents, and can be rinsed for reuse. Our brown hand pads can be used in a variety of ways. They fit comfortably in the hand, allowing the user precise control, and can be used with a hand sanding block for an even finish. For larger areas, using them with an orbital sander is recommended. Our hand pads are equipped with a fine aluminum oxide abrasive that enables quick and fine material removal for a homogeneous finish.
