Product details
The Gemini II is a consistent evolution of the PowerBox Gemini, which has been manufactured unchanged since 2005. The Gemini II is significantly more powerful, as its housing is made from a high-quality, machined aluminum heat sink. Numerous additional features have been incorporated. The pilot has two options for activating the system: either using the sensor switch via a button or a magnet. This allows for a concealed installation. An integrated buzzer indicates the on and off status. Like all power supplies from Powerbox, the Gemini II is also completely redundant. Two regulators, two controllers, and two integrated Hall sensors ensure a fail-safe power supply. The external sensor switch activates both electronic switches simultaneously. The built-in three-color LEDs in the sensor switch display the battery status in four levels. The battery inputs are equipped with MPX high-current connectors. The doubly regulated output voltage can be set to either 5.9 V or 7.4 V.
Features:
• Doubly regulated output voltage
• Electronic on/off switch via magnet or sensor switch
• Optical and acoustic on/off signaling
• Regulated output voltage of 5.9 V or 7.4 V
• Voltage display for each battery separately via LED indicator
• Supports three battery types: LiPo, NiMH/NiCd, LiFePo
• Suppression of potential servo back currents
• MPX battery inputs
• High regulator performance due to large anodized aluminum housing
• Built-in regulator monitoring.
