Product details

The PowerBox PIK connector range combines proven connector systems from the model building sector with modern hot-melt technology. The cables are soldered in-house and subsequently checked by a second employee for correct polarity and perfect workmanship. After that, the cable is placed into a specially designed injection mold and welded with a special plastic at 220°C and 10 bar pressure. This process permanently seals and relieves the solder joints. Neither mechanical stress nor environmental influences such as moisture or heat can negatively affect this connection. The plastic is resistant to vibration, oxidation, oils, acids, alkalis, and fuels, and is also temperature resistant from -30°C to +90°C.
