Yes, the device can read CD-R/CD-RW discs, but only if they are written as audio.
Other audio files are not supported.

Headphones can be connected via Bluetooth 5.0.

Here's what the manufacturer says: This CD player is Bluetooth enabled, so your child can use it as a regular CD player but also pair it with another Bluetooth enabled device to listen to all their favourite content. It also has a jack plug.
