In 1958, SGP presented the prototype for diesel-hydraulic narrow-gauge locomotives – the later series 2095. The locomotive is equipped with a 12-cylinder four-stroke engine that delivers 600 horsepower. The scheduled maximum speed was set at 60 km/h. The 2095 012 has been stationed at the Gmünd train dispatch center since its delivery. There, it was the only large diesel locomotive for many years and was used in both freight and passenger transport. In the early 1990s, it received a new coat of paint in the Valousek design.
