The electric locomotive 11131 (Re 4/4 II) of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) is presented in a condition appropriate for Era IV, in its original fir green color. Built in 1967 and originating from the halls of SLM / BBC, this electric locomotive operated until a major R3 overhaul while still in its original livery, before being painted red like many other locomotives of this type. The locomotives of the first series (11107–11155) have only one pantograph, like the prototypes, but they are 10 cm longer than the prototypes. The Re 4/4 II is the largest series of traction vehicles in Switzerland, with 277 units delivered. It was built and put into service over a period of 21 years, from 1964 to 1985. The 11131 has since been decommissioned and scrapped.
