You can configure your locomotive decoders according to your preferences using two different programming methods: the most important CV values one to five can be accessed directly via the key combination "Menu" and 1–5, while the available 1024 CVs can be accessed through the programming menu. Naturally, depending on the decoder design, all values up to 255 can be programmed. Reading CVs 1–1024 is possible in conjunction with a read-capable amplifier. Switch mode: The Z21 Multimaus can control up to 1024 magnetic items! These elements must have an electric drive and be connected to a magnetic item decoder. The programming of the magnetic item decoders is then done electronically via the tracks. In conjunction with 10764, the Z21 Multimaus plugged into the master input becomes the central unit.
