With the new SB-2295SG servo from Savöx, the Taiwanese manufacturer has achieved a revolution in servo technology. The patented design of this monster provides up to 50% more power while maintaining standard installation dimensions. This monster servo was developed in collaboration with the best helicopter pilots in the world and offers impressive specifications. At 8.4 V, it delivers a torque of 40 kg*cm with a response time of 0.050 s / 60°. The servo's control has been significantly improved, making the SB-2295SG perfect for operation with modern gyro systems. This was achieved by integrating the brushless motor directly into the full aluminum housing. In addition to a thermal advantage, this allows for the installation of a larger motor. To ensure the enormous control forces can be optimally transmitted over time, a third ball bearing has also been integrated into the gearbox. In direct comparison to our SB-2271SG, the torque has been increased from 20 kg*cm to 32 kg*cm by more than 50%. At the same time, the response time has been reduced from 0.065 s/60° to 0.060 s/60° (specifications at 7.4 V). A fully rubberized servo cable is also standard in this servo series. It protects the servo cable from damage while remaining flexible enough for neat installation. The SB-2295SG is perfect for use in helicopters, but also for RC cars or fixed-wing models.
