Hello, We have just bought the binoculars. When we switch on the binoculars, the sound works fine but the screen is off and black. What should I do?
Not normal.
When it's switched on, it goes into demo mode!
Then there's a combination of keys to take it out of "demo" mode and switch permanently to normal mode (see the manual).
If it stays dead, have you checked the batteries? They're in the long bulge between the two optical barrels.
To open it, there's just one screw to loosen...
