How to find the right cup?

From my own experience, here's a tip for beginners: Be patient and be prepared to try different models to find the perfect cup fit. Don't be discouraged if you don't get it right on the first try. Every body is different, so menstrual cups come in different shapes, sizes and degrees of firmness. Using them also takes a little practice. Once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake, I promise. :) I myself have benefited from the great advice online (e.g. https://www.afriska.ch/welche-men...) and in the forum of a manufacturer. And of course from sharing experiences with friends and colleagues. Now I have been happy with "my" cup for 5 years. So even if it takes a bit of nerve, the effort is worth it: menstrual cups are so much less complicated, more comfortable, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than tampons and pads!
