The digital thermometer has a measurement range of -50 to +500 °C and an adjustable emissivity value between 0.10 and 1.00. In addition to the current measurement value, it can display the maximum, minimum, average, and differential measurement values. This allows the digital thermometer to be used for various measurement tasks to determine surface temperature. The multi-point laser is used for aligning the measurement spot. The measurement spot ratio is 12:1. For temperature verification, any alarm thresholds can be set. When an alarm threshold is exceeded or not reached, the digital thermometer automatically triggers an acoustic and visual alarm. In addition to normal temperature measurement, the digital thermometer features two LED rings, each with 5 LEDs. The blue LED ring is used to detect leaks in, for example, air conditioning systems that are marked with a contrast medium. The white LED ring can be used to illuminate the surroundings.
