Hello together
Has anyone had any experience with this offer?
I would like to operate my own router after the ONT-Box.
Is this possible without any problems?
Or is the ONT-Box somehow blocked by Sky and preconfigured with a MAC connection to the router supplied?
Sky provides the following devices for this purpose:
- ONT-Box ->> Huawei OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20
- Router ->> TP-Link HB-210
Sky support was useless.
Hello everyone, the supplier writes "Mimi'lou stickers can be stuck to any flat surface: Walls, furniture, windows and mirrors. Installation is very easy and the stickers can be easily removed without leaving any traces." Has anyone here had any experience with removing these stickers? And if so, did it go as smoothly as promised in the supplier's description?
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a notebook up to CHF 3,000, which should be as quiet / silent as possible (and not just in a "silent mode" with snail's pace).
- Display 16 inch or larger
- Windows
- mainly for office and web conferencing (with external camera).
What can you recommend?
Hello dear Community
Which would you rather buy, a used 4090 or a new 5080?
In terms of price, the 4090 would be 150-200 more expensive, but in terms of performance, the 4090 would still be the better choice, wouldn't it?
Thanks for your help!
Vouchers for level advancement (Galaxus points system)
Dear Community,
I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community?
I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far?
And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?
This is really cheeky and as a longstanding Digitec/Galaxus customer you feel really cheated..... I wanted to buy the Moza AB9 FFB base for my simulator project. When I saw that the base was much cheaper on Galaxus.de than in Switzerland, I lost faith in fair prices at Galaxus/Digitec. The base is still cheaper at Galaxus Deutschland despite the 11% higher VAT. If you adjust for the tax, the base is 100CHF cheaper than in Switzerland. Shame on you Digitec.
Hello together
I recently got a Wingo Internet connection with 5ghz and 1gbits performance.
However, I have no reception in the office and am therefore looking for a repeater. However, it turned out that not all repeaters are compatible with the Internet Box 4 (supplied by Wingo).
Can anyone recommend a good, available repeater that is compatible with this?
Thanks and best regards
I have been looking for a raclette oven where the pans supplied do not have a non-stick coating (Teflon). I would prefer cast iron or enamelled pans. It would be good if you could filter specifically according to this. I found and bought a product from Steba.
Bosch recommends charging the ProCore 18 Volt batteries only up to 80 % to extend their service life.
Which charger can be set so that the charging process is switched off at 80 %?
In the "PC case characteristics" filter, you'll find "Side windows", but as I'm one of those people who prefers a sober PC to the risk of broken glass, it would be nice to have the opposite filter.
What are the top-rated online tyre stores for cars and bikes?
I’m exploring different online platforms to buy tyres for both cars and bikes. Could you please suggest the most trusted and top-rated tyre websites in India?
Hello Galaxus!
Recently, the invoices have been arriving earlier and earlier. Until recently, I always received the invoice after receiving the goods. Now the invoices arrive up to four days in advance. This distorts the return period. Just like the guarantee.
The invoice and the guarantees should also include the date of receipt.
Planzer is the worst delivery service of all!!! no deadline is kept, for many parcels so far. Not even a notification! I would gladly pay a surcharge if my parcels were never delivered by Planzer !!!!!
I have just ordered an Officejet Pro as it did well in the last test in the forum and has the number 1 sales rank.
Now I've read the discussions and articles about the ink subscription and I'm no longer so sure whether it was a good decision....
Can I use the HP without an ink subscription or will I be forced to do so during the initial installation?
I used to have an Epson XP-7100 but it gave up the ghost after 5 years and I haven't found a decent replacement.
Thanks for your support.
Greetings
I regularly look explicitly for products that are produced in Switzerland. To do this, I am reliant on these indications of origin being correct. It is a mystery to me how it is possible for Decatlon to have 25 men's sneakers under CHF 50 on sale that state Switzerland as their country of origin. ON does not produce shoes in Switzerland either. After all, the company is in Switzerland. Even the original Swiss sneaker company Künzli is not able to manufacture its shoes in Switzerland for economic reasons. At least here the shoes are produced in Europe and do not come from the Far East. Incidentally, these shoes are not available for less than CHF 200. Quite expensive! But that's the price if we want products that have been produced under fair conditions for the workers and the environment and have short transport routes. That's why I expect a company like Digitec/Galaxus to clarify the country of origin. Incidentally, since this year I have also been avoiding American products and products from American companies as much as possible.
Hello everyone
We are looking for a suitable music system for our clubhouse [approx. 120m2). We have two TVs which also need to be integrated into the system. The main use is to listen to music via Spotify and watch sporting events/films on the TVs. We have WLAN in the restaurant, which I also want to use as a communication protocol.
For whatever reason, I have the feeling that the solution is a Sonos solution. How many boxes are needed for 120m2? Which ones do you suggest? How can I connect/integrate the TVs?
Do you have any ideas for my initial situation?
Thank you for your support!
Best regards
Hello 👋
I recently used https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/jabra-elite-8-active-gen-2-anc-8-h-kabellos-kopfhoerer-46302541 from the headphone range as hearing protection in hear-through mode at a music festival. This is because all conventional hearing protection solutions - plugs and also plugs with a special filter - attenuate high and medium tones too much in some cases and the music sounds anything but nice as a result. The marketing of currentless solutions promises more than is delivered. Good sound quality with really linear attenuation where all frequencies are still audible is very important to me. This worked very well with the Jabra. I could stand directly in front of a speaker without the volume getting noticeably louder. The sound quality was good, no clipping or anything. I was very surprised that it worked so well. However, the headphones are not approved as hearing protection. I noticed this when I left the festival after 8 hours with a slight ringing in my ears. So not a perfect solution. But still better than nothing! Now I'm looking for an even better solution.
Do you know of any wireless, electronic (Bluetooth) earbuds that can be used at a music event and are intended as hearing protection? The kind that still deliver good sound quality, just much quieter than the surroundings? If I filter for "concerts" here, I only find the conventional and, in my opinion, useless products.
