Hello everyone, can someone tell me how to pack an item if I want to return it in person to a store? I assume everything belongs in a cardboard box, do I have to write something on it? leave it open? (it is a headset that is broken but still under warranty).

Hello Community Does anyone know if there will be a WD NVMe SSD of the "Red" series with 8TB? Currently there is the WD Black SN850X with 8TB. I would therefore assume that 8TB will also arrive in the Red product range. However, I have not found any information on this.

Hello together I own a Sony A6400. I have the following lenses: Samyang 12mm f/2.0 NCS Sony E 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ OSS Sony E 55-210mm f/4.5-6.3 OSS In May/June 2026 we want to go on a round trip in the USA/Canada. Focus on the national parks. I would like a new telephoto lens for exactly that. Bears, deer, bison, elk, coyotes etc. and for some of them the distance should be significantly higher ;) I have no experience with these wild animals. Lenses to choose from: Tamron AF 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD Sony E 70-350mm f/4.5-6.3 G OSS The Tamron would still be on sale here until just under 7 days from now and the 70-350mm is always available cheaply and with cashback. I suspect that I will be taking a lot of photos in the morning, as the animals are more active at this time. Will this work out with the apertures? I have to set the ISO higher on my camera anyway. And it doesn't matter if it's an APS-C lens, as I'm not considering a full-frame! Thanks to everyone for the (constructive) discussion and also to everyone who would like to add their two cents.

Very bad management of orders. They charge the money upfront and take forever to deliver. Very bad company at this day and age where things have improved so much. Please boycot Galaxus so that they stop harassing people like this.

So if I see an offer and then buy it and add it to cart, then click on pay, and then the price in the cart changes, that's cheeky. The product is added to cart because I want to pay for it. The price should be locked there according to the dynamic procedure. 199 then 203 when paying, which is customer-unfriendly, I want these 4 Fr. as GU. And I'll report it to Kassensturz. Because legally it is not a verb. Offer. That means you can adjust prices, but if I "want to pay in the payment process and it becomes more expensive", that's unfair enrichment for me. I mean, if I pay for a flight ticket and it costs 200, I can't be told that we'll add another 20. That's not price roulette. Then it's not prices but price flags that change the sum depending on your mood and direction.

I ordered this product, expected delivery date 14.11.2025. The same day a communication arrives saying "delivery date not defined" strange, if you order it again the delivery date is between 19 and 21 November. On the phone no problem is solved, on the contrary, I am told that I have to be patient... and when I ask if they can call the supplier they say no! Great service!

I would like to buy the XG32UCWMG as it is currently at a low price on Digitec. However, the official ROG page for the monitor states that the monitor only comes with a DP cable and no HDMI cable. As the monitor only has DP 1.4, I would like to use HDMI 2.1. However, I'm not sure whether I should buy an extra HDMI cable or whether it has an HDMI cable after all? Sometimes this varies depending on the region. And if I buy one, should I just buy the HDMI 2.1 cable from Digitec itself? Thank you very much! - David
