Hi Galaxus Mobile Team and Community During my last trip abroad, I noticed that wifi calling was not active on my iPhone when I was connected to a wifi network. Now at home in Switzerland, wifi calling is activated immediately. I wanted to call a number in Switzerland while abroad and avoid roaming costs with Wifi-Calling. I think this is one of the main applications of Wifi-Calling. Of course, it's a pity that it doesn't work exactly then. Has anyone had similar experiences? Is this a deliberate limitation by Galaxus or Sunrise to earn a few francs more with roaming? The prices per minute are quite high. At first I thought it was a fault with the device or with Galaxus Mobile. But after a few days abroad and now at home, where it works again, I can rule that out.

Galaxus Mobile uses the Sunrise mobile network, but with a subset of features. Sunrise itself has an option to send voicemails as attachments to an email. This is very useful while travelling as roaming costs (sometimes even to receive the message as well as listening to it) can be very expensive. I use Visual Voicemail (an Apple thing) which requires data roaming in the country you're in. It's not compatible with WIFI. Data roaming in some countries I visit is very expensive so I turn all roaming off and install a local eSIM. This means I miss all calls. That's my problem as I'm too stingy to pay to listen to people 😁. However, having voicemails sent to my email address was great. Please consider it!

I tried Galaxus Mobile for the first time about a year ago. I opted for the 19 CH Unlimited version. It's actually advertised that you get 1 GB of international data with this plan. I travel very often. During this time, I still had the opportunity to use this 1 GB... Am I doing something wrong, do I have to activate it somewhere? Kind regards

Current test speeds on the Pixel 8: Galaxus Mobile 28.4 mbps and 1.70 mbps upload. With Wingo (Swisscom) I currently get 328 Mbps download and 65.7 Mbps upload. I also know that it can't be Sunrise's fault. I use a 5G router at home with a Digital Republic Sim, which also runs via Sunrise and achieves 263 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload when the window is closed. So what's the problem? Update: It was probably the Pixel 8 and the mobile apparently plays a role. I've just bought the S24 Ultra and lo and behold, it's also fast. I measured 810 Mbps today. I'm consistently getting over 300 mbps now.

Hey community, is there a way to view the Galaxus Mobile plan on your mobile and check the running costs. Like the Myswisscom app or something?

Since yesterday morning, I've been unable to use the mobile network at home. Will Galaxus be so accommodating as to waive part of the subscription fee?

Hello everyone, I'm moving house soon and was wondering whether Galaxus will soon be bringing out a home solution. Does anyone know? I would be very pleased if this were to become a reality. Greetings Dario

Visual Voicemail is finally available via Sunrise Mailbox app. No official announcement but it works. 👋🏽🤘🏽😌

No Black Friday offer for Digitec/Galaxus Mobile this year? Or have I completely missed it?

I ordered a petrol snowblower a few days ago, but they only delivered an estagnol for the petrol, not the snowblower!

Are there any plans for a Digitec home subscription in the near future? Fibre optics or something?

in the low-cost subscription plan? since galaxusmobile operates on the sunrise network and yallotv also belongs to sunrise. get it? just like salt does with zatootv, it can be booked online as a low-cost option in the salt mobile plan.

Good morning I should be receiving my new galaxus mobile SIM card at home but I have not received confirmation of the cancellation and termination terms of my current contract.

Hi all, am I allowed to search for "friends" with Galaxus Mobile via social networks to benefit from the group discount? I have always paid full price but plan to switch back. I was thinking maybe I can search for like-minded people on Insta, Facebook or Reddit, should a contract clause not prevent that. LG Rtmsoch

Hello together! I would be interested to know why the EU/USA 10 GB data pack CHF 39.- is only valid for 1 month? The 1GB package for CHF 9.9, on the other hand, is valid for a whole 12 months? Are there any plans to make the 10GB package available for 12 months as well? Thank you! Sebastian

Hello Digitec / Galaxus Mobile Team The mobile subscriptions are really top, unbeatable in price. A small tip or comment regarding the SIM card dispatch: It is completely illogical that the main owner of the group receives the cards and not the owner of the phone number. So I have to receive the cards, unpack them, activate them, pack them again and send them on. In my opinion, this is unnecessary and time-consuming. Why don't you send the cards directly to the relevant person? I already raised this issue with Digitec Connect 2 years ago or so. Unfortunately, nothing of the sort has happened yet...

Hello Galaxus Mobile Is there an ambition to enter the fixed network market? It would be interesting to see you shake up the market a bit!

Today I received the news of the changeover. As of now, there are only two mobile subscriptions (19 francs unlimited or 14 francs for 3GB but without abroad). For logistical reasons I can understand the change, but with it all these voucher promos are history. So if you bought vouchers in advance like I did, you'll be left out in the cold. A credit note is promised, but it is not clear what the exact bill will be. I see two credit notes with one amount, no idea how it was calculated. I also don't see any credit notes for the unredeemed vouchers. Up to now, I have experienced digitec/Galaxus as a very communicative company. This change, however, seems to have come out of nowhere, at least for me. The Q&As are also anything but helpful. I have now opened a ticket, I assume that a flood of tickets will arrive at digitec/Galaxus. I'm curious to see how such a changeover is supported.
