There is already a lot to read about Planzer in the forum. But I can't help but express my anger about the delivery (service). Planzer is the absolute worst there is. Although I still understand that something can be delivered a day later. It can happen.
With Planzer, however, nobody really knows when something will be delivered.

Message (Tuesday / 11.05 pm) - delivery not possible
Wednesday enquiry to customer service as to why no delivery. The parcel was forgotten to be loaded. HaHa.
Question (Wednesday) when will I receive the parcel? Answer, probably not today, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. My comment, I will be absent from Friday. Answer, yes in that case delivery on Monday.

If I don't receive the parcel today, I will refuse to accept it and Digitec can then negotiate with Planzer itself.
As a customer, I feel absolutely ripped off.
