Does anyone have any experience with the PCs from the retailer "Avlano"? The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...). However, the product photos look promising.

For some time now, Digitec has been randomly using PLANZER as a delivery carrier. Unfortunately this carrier is unreliable, arrives late and often cannot find the house (once I had to stand in the street and point it out). I complained to support and was told that it is not possible for the customer to decide the carrier. Incidentally, one of the reasons I used to order from Digitec was that you order by 4pm and receive the following morning, which is no longer true. You order today and if it goes well you receive the day after tomorrow. So if things don't change, I think I will turn to other shops like Brack (which uses the post) for my next orders and Digitec will remain as a last resort. Regards Stephen

Hello Together I ordered a "Delock enclosure" for my small SSD on Thursday. It's not a huge thing, I thought....da I'd take advantage of the "lightning delivery", as I needed the enclosure the same evening. OK, paid via Twint...and then just waited. In the evening then the shock...delivery between 00.10 and 01.00 o'clock.....that's not possible at all. I received an email saying that my order would certainly be delivered the next day....OK, let's wait and see...today......(you'd think that since I didn't receive delivery yesterday, my order would be set to priority 1, as it should be everywhere)....but no....again so late. Dear Digitec, I will call you on Monday and explain the whole thing again, but please, reconsider or talk to the noTime people. YOU and noTime are in a bad light.....because you offer this service. Never again, never again! I'd rather have it delivered by post the next day (would have been even better and faster). What do you think? P.S. the drivers per sé, can't help it....but a bit of customer service?
