I have a question for the community regarding coloured water additives for water cooling systems. I don't have any experience with water-cooled systems yet. However, I would like to dare to build such a system myself one day, as the old PC is being replaced by a new one. Now I have seen various guides on YouTube regarding the assembly. And also the video of Der Bauer who took her system apart with a young lady and noticed that after about 2 years the tubes and heat sinks have discoloured and a kind of mass has deposited in the cooling fins. Have you experienced such problems? When I build a system, I will tend towards the colour light green. Or has anyone else found any other way to avoid this build up without more cleaning intervals or what are your tips on water additives or custom water cooling in general. Thank you very much.

It is time that the products are properly catalogued so that customers can also find the desired goods... For example the LGA1700 upgrade kit from Noctua... What is it doing in water cooling accessories? Or the AIO wakü under the DIY cpu waterblocks? Or the Distroplate from Lian Li/EKWB also in DIY cpu waterblocks? Just for info who currently has a LGA1700 cpu: look for Aorus Waterforce X, they are just not where they should be, therefore hard to find and these are fully compatible with the new socket. In any case, this webshop should be tidied up, I appreciate Digitec absolutely but sometimes for a part to find, I go half crazy and order often something else because I do not find the desired goods, then BY ACCIDENT I find them and then have to cancel the previous article and order again.

Hello dear friends Unfortunately the backplate of my AIO cooler NZXT Kraken X52 broke. Does anyone know how to get a replacement in Switzerland? I wanted to order the Asetek LGA 1151 Retention Kit, but no chance to get it delivered to Switzerland (until now). Thanks for the advice. Fabian :)

Hello Digitec, EK recently got a new coolant. This is semi-transparent white and would look very nice with any lights in the system. Since you have almost all EK CryoFuel concentrates and premixes in your range, it would be really nice to see Mystic Fog included. Have you already planned something? As far as I know, it sells out quite quickly at EKWB.

So that I can use water blocks from different manufacturers. I currently have 2 MSI 1080tis and would like to upgrade to a MSI 2080ti with EKWB, I leave the 1080ti in the system for render programs, these have water blocks from Phanteks mounted.
