If I select copper in the transmission filter. I get lots of fibre optic stuff... Unfortunately a lot of articles are wrong... Please correct them!

Hello! I am setting up a blade server for IPFire with : -Case: Intertech K-126L - MB: Asus Prime N100I-D D4-CSM (NA Cpu integrated), Mini-ITX - Power supply: Internetch Argus FA-250 (1U cover) Intertech 88885341 - Rack accessories - 1 HU So far, I've got almost everything I need, except a second RJ45 card, because I need two RJ45s, one input for the WAN (IPFire RED) and one output for the LAN (IPFire GREEN). I'm afraid I'll get the wrong pci card and it won't fit in the 1U box. So my question is: What cheap card (max CHF 100.-) could fulfil this role? The only condition - apart from the fact that it fits in the case - is that it supports 1,000 Mb/s speed. WLAN is not an issue, everything has to be wired. As far as power is concerned, I'm not at all worried, because IPFire doesn't require much power without the IPS and antivirus. The main thing is that I'd like to be able to integrate the whole thing into my homelab at a lower cost and test it out. Thanks in advance for your insight! Stephane
