The AKG WMS40 Mini Vocal Set is ideal for vocals and speech. It consists of a receiver and a wireless microphone. No prior knowledge is required to operate it - just unpack, power up and get started. The radio system is free of registration and fees (ISM frequency band). The receiver has a robust metal housing and is very compact. There are control LEDs on the front for the operating status (on/off), radio reception and override. The level of the 6.3 mm jack output can be adjusted via the volume control. HDAP technology (High Definition Audio Performance) guarantees high sound quality and secure transmission of the audio signal. The wireless microphone sits comfortably in the hand and ensures that the voice has the right assertiveness. With only one battery it runs up to 30 hours. The microphone capsule has a cardioid directional characteristic. This makes the microphone insensitive to handling noise and secure against feedback. An internal windscreen effectively suppresses pop and wind noise. In addition, the wireless microphone has a click-free on/off/mute switch. The switch is recessed to prevent accidental operation.
