The Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora CPU AIO water cooler is a special development designed for processors with particularly large CPU cores. This includes AMD Threadripper and Epyc processors, as well as Intel CPUs for the LGA 3647 and LGA 4189 sockets. With the optionally available XPX Pro AM4 mounting bracket, the Alphacool Eisbaer Pro CPU water cooler can also be used on AMD Ryzen processors.
The cooler base covers the entire area of the respective processors. The area of the cooling fins, measuring approximately 55 x 42 mm, surpasses all known processor cores. This ensures that all hotspots of a CPU are directly flooded with water and optimally cooled. Additionally, with the optional AM4 mounting bracket, cooling an AMD Ryzen processor is made easy. The cooling fins are 0.4 mm thick and are spaced optimally at 0.4 mm apart. In total, there are 58 cooling fins on the cooler base. The cooler base itself is only 3 mm thick.
