The Alphacool ES Stream is designed for server and workstation processors on Intel's LGA 4677 socket with large processor cores. Due to the large cooling base, the processor is completely covered. The ES Stream is a pass-through cooler that can reliably dissipate heat of up to 600 watts. The entire cooler is made of nickel-plated copper rather than aluminum, as copper's thermal conductivity is almost twice as high.

The ES Stream is flat and compact, making it suitable for server racks. Notably, the direction of flow of the cooling liquid is not fixed; the inlet and outlet connections can be interchanged as desired, ensuring flexible installation options.

Included is Alphacool's Subzero thermal grease, which has a thermal conductivity of 16 W/mK. This electrically non-conductive thermal grease is particularly suitable for high contact pressures and can be easily processed due to its viscosity of 3,000,000 mPa·s.
