The pressure sensors of the MPS Pressure Series can be used in a variety of applications. As level sensors, they are particularly suitable for large tube compensation tanks. In this case, the pressure generated by the water column in the compensation tank is measured at the sensor. The sensor is mounted at the height of the lower edge of the compensation tank (or lower) and connected to one of the lower connections of the compensation tank. Additionally, either the second connection of the pressure sensor (only for type Delta 40/100/500) must be connected to a connection at the upper edge of the compensation tank in the area of the air bubble, or a pressure equalization membrane must be installed there (for all types). Connections and the equalization membrane are not included and must be purchased separately.
