Product details

With the G 1/4" adapter for the Eheim 1046/48 it is possible to use connections with G1/4" external thread. The adapter is simply screwed into the front of the pump and can be used if an expansion tank is not required. It has an O-ring seal.(3/8" to 1/4" adapter)

Please note: Do not turn the adapter "dry", as the O-ring may twist and then leak. Therefore, moisten the O-ring before screwing in, then there are no problems.

Note: Tightening the pump adapter too much can cause the plastic casing to break. The tightness is already guaranteed by the contact of the O-ring and a slight, hand-tight rotary movement.
