Innoflex is a flexible, rubber-like elastomer material with varying degrees of stiffness. It is characterized by a reduced CO2 footprint and improved elastic properties.

With a Shore hardness of 45D (slightly harder than 40D), it is made from Arnitel®Eco, a partially bio-based thermoplastic copolyester elastomer derived from rapeseed oil. This material combines the best properties of elastomers and polyesters.

Innoflex has a CO2 footprint that is up to 50% lower than that of comparable copolyesters. It offers excellent adhesion in the Z-direction, ensuring that printed layers do not delaminate even under extreme deformation. It is particularly well-suited for printing flexible parts such as miniature tires, drive belts, wristbands, and components that require extreme flexibility and frequent bending.
