The Nuances Variable ND2-400 filter is made of mineral glass and utilizes innovative technology. A new coating process ensures uniform density, and a nano-metallic alloy is applied to both sides of the highly resistant, tempered Schott glass B270, known for its high light transmission and low reflection. The Nuances Variable ND2-400 captures 1 to 8 stops of light and is specifically designed for long exposure in extremely bright conditions as well as for reducing depth of field in video recordings.
