Thanks to its highly flowable and fast-cooling formula, the Hyper Series PLA supports a printing speed of up to 600 mm/s. The high flowability ensures sufficient melting and extrusion, while the rapid cooling allows for quick shaping during high-speed printing. The high stability guarantees minimal changes in thermal expansion and cold contraction even at high printing speeds, resulting in high dimensional accuracy and better outcomes. With a higher tensile strength than ABS and greater toughness than conventional PLA, the Hyper Series PLA offers better structural integrity for printed models. Based on two-way laser diameter measurement, the accuracy of the filament diameter is 1.75 ± 0.03 mm, ensuring a more consistent flow of the filament. The precise control of the filament diameter and the automatic winding device ensure smooth printing without tangles.
