The centered umbrella mount of the EL flash units allows for symmetrical, optimal illumination of all Elinchrom umbrellas. Elinchrom Umbrella Deep umbrellas are made using 16 fiberglass rods to achieve a perfect circular shape.

The deep design offers precise control over light distribution. Additionally, these umbrellas can be transformed into collapsible softboxes by adding, for example, a translucent cover to a silver umbrella or a silver and black cover to a translucent umbrella. Many more options are possible.
