Product details

Spectrum PA6 Low Warp GF30 is a filament based on technical nylon PA6. This glass fiber-filled filament has improved mechanical properties, such as higher tensile and compressive strength. With a filler content of 30% glass fibers, the potential of this composite material is maximized. Spectrum PA6 Low Warp GF30 is a filament for users who primarily demand high mechanical performance, high hardness, and heat resistance from their models. The high fiber content also makes it a filament with a very low shrinkage factor. It is worth noting that the Spectrum PA6 Low Warp GF30 filament matches the thermal resistance of the HDT properties of 180 °C (0.45 MPa) of the carbon fiber-filled version, placing it at the forefront of materials for desktop 3D printers in this regard. Applications include: - Functional prototypes - Production tools - Functional parts of machines and equipment – rotors, gears - Guides, racks, guide rollers - Production of protective rings and plates with increased chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. VERIFY YOUR SPOOL - the most precise quality control system on the market. Filaments for 3D printers are produced using the free extrusion method, which is one of the most challenging processing techniques due to the significant influence of process parameters on product dimensions and material homogenization. During production, every 1 mm of the Spectrum filament is continuously measured in 2 axes with an accuracy of ±0.8 µm, resulting in a high-quality end product. To demonstrate this, Spectrum Filaments has introduced the option of online presentation, individually for each produced spool: diameter profile over the entire spool length, average diameter, ovality, and standard deviation.
