The Instinct E from Garmin is tough: The robust design and scratch-resistant glass of this smartwatch can withstand almost anything. In addition to its robust design and a battery life of up to 14 days in smartwatch mode, the Instinct E is a versatile multisport smartwatch. It includes integrated profiles for a variety of activities such as running, cycling and swimming, yoga and strength training, route guidance, training planning, comprehensive health and fitness functions with heart rate measurement on the wrist, stress level measurement, blood oxygen measurement and relaxation exercises. The Instinct E also displays notifications from a paired smartphone directly on the wrist.
