The i-tec MySafe USB 3.0 Easy is an external enclosure for connecting 2.5" SATA hard drives of all capacities to your PC, laptop, TV, or other multimedia devices via the USB interface, which also provides power to the device. The enclosure is also suitable for data transfer from damaged laptops. The USB 3.0 connection offers fast and easy data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps. Of course, it is backward compatible with USB 2.0.

Operation is very simple: the hard drive just needs to be inserted into the enclosure, and upon first connection to the computer, the drivers are automatically installed. For a quick hard drive connection, you can use only the standalone adapter of the external enclosure, or the hard drive can be transported in the included plastic box.
