With AES-XTS 256-bit hardware encryption, the datAshur Personal seamlessly encrypts all data on the drive while at rest, protecting your data even if the flash drive falls into the wrong hands. This makes it perfect for use in businesses and government agencies. If the user forgets their PIN, the drive can be unlocked using the administrator PIN. The administrator can then allow the user to set a new PIN.

If the user PIN is entered incorrectly ten times in a row, the user PIN will be deleted. All your data remains on the device, but now you can only access it by entering the administrator PIN. If the administrator PIN is entered incorrectly ten times in a row, the PIN, the encryption key, and all data will be lost forever. The device will revert to factory default settings and must be formatted before use.
