Information on memory configuration: The following technical specifications should be considered in advance: ECC DIMM (with Error-Correction-Code) or RDIMM (Registered DIMM) RAM can be installed in the device. RDIMM memory is recommended for achieving large memory capacities. The different memory technologies (ECC / RDIMM) must not be mixed. If a memory upgrade is to be made with the existing RAM, it must be checked which memory technology (ECC / RDIMM) is currently in use. A higher memory clock speed of the memory module will automatically adjust to the clock speed set by the system. This can especially be the case with larger capacities. Memory slots without a processor present must not be populated.
